This is a peaceful, calming and yet expanding way to take something, an area of your life you are already THANKFUL for and expanding it so that it’s benefits are multiplied throughout other areas of you life and world.
Before you begin the meditation think of an area of your life about which you are already thankful or grateful. Do this meditation in a place you won’t be disturbed for 20 minutes.
Have a pencil and paper handy to record the vision or information you receive.
